1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers (unless damaged/defective).
- Personal care and consumable items for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@pureearth.online with your order details and pictures of the damaged/incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to get a replacement, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
