At Pure Earth, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers (unless damaged/defective).
  • Personal care and consumable items for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@pureearth.online with your order details and pictures of the damaged/incorrect product.
  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to get a replacement, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
